We’re consistently told by agencies that this report holds up as a go-to throughout the year (here’s last year’s as a reference) and we added two new features this go-round:
- In order to dig deeper into effectiveness, we added two new parameters to each question, each different in respect to the category (e.g. we asked agencies to rate the CRM tools they used in two ways: in terms of client retention and lead nurturing/conversion) to provide you with a deeper level of intel.
- We supply two full pages of tools agencies told us they added this year for the first time.
